The ShopWired platform is used by over 7,500 websites. All our website owners use exactly the same platform and system to manage their ShopWired account and website.
Unfortunately, therefore, it's not possible to make individual customisations to the ShopWired administration system for individual users. We have to consider all of the ShopWired user-base when making any changes to the ShopWired platform.
The ShopWired development team are continuously working on new features or upgrades to the ShopWired platform. We are happy to consider suggestions for future additions or changes to the platform from any of our users and consider all suggestions thoroughly at regular meetings.
In order to maintain a reliable and stable platform, we need to carefully plan all new features and keep our code-base clean and maintainable. Because of this, unfortunately we can't add any new features into ShopWired that are only suitable for your business (or a small number of businesses).
The ShopWired API
ShopWired have a fully documented and publicly available API.

The API is a powerful tool that allows anyone to create an app for your ShopWired website/account.
Apps can be built for a variety of different functions:
- To connect your ShopWired account with a third party service (like a courier or accountancy system)
- To expand the functionality of your ShopWired account
- To perform automated tasks
